At CoffeeBHB, we are committed to delivering your favorite brews as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping Timeline:
We currently offer economy shipping which takes 5 to 8 business days to deliver your order after it has been processed.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on any opened packages. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you received:

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong item, or

  • Your order is missing items

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable claims.
